Hey hey...Happy Monday/Tuesday. If you stopped by this past week you’ll know the latest & greatest news...I joined another 3D GIF RENDERING CONTEST with the @edesign.tribe & @edesign.association using the PLATFORM to create my rendering visuals. This time, the challenge is all about creating a GIF. And boy was it fun using a new tool to add to my services to help you visualize too.
But first, let’s chat about the subject I mentioned the other day; 3 WAYS TO VISUALIZE a design concept. These are the methods I like to use in my business because...welp...I’m big on VISUALS and they are fun to create with intention.
1. GIF
Working with a Designer is not just about relying on their talent and knowledge. It is also about being able to tap into their tools and resources. One of those tools I Have to share with you is the ability to create a GIF.
The 3D GIF rendering is an animated and interactive presentation tool which allows the client to fully engage as the plan or design concept magically comes together virtually.
All designers work differently, but the number one goal is HELPING you SEE and TRUST the design process with our talent, knowledge & tools [resources] and in return hope you LOVE THE SPACE we CREATE. Always keep in mind EVERY Designer has their own process to presenting the visuals or design idea to a client.
2 Space Planning
Another way to visualize a concept, which in my book is very important, is by space planning and sketching out the floor plan using the design concept of the client. In this industry VISUALS are key in being able to illustrate ideas and concepts. Space planning & Sketching also offers assurances that a concept will flow and work. It is critical to ensure requested items will fit the design flow.

3 Video Presentation
Video presentations are valuable. Packaging up an idea into a video production is by far my favorite tool to use. Its not only entertaining but they can help in clearing up the communication in areas that did not translate well via written or spoken conversations.
